We'll design event concepts that articulate your vision and aesthetics, we'll connect you with our preferred vendors to achieve your desired event experience, and we'll manage and orchestrate event production from start to finish. Our planning journey begins as early as 18 months in advance of your celebration or immediately upon onboarding!

This package is for those who want to actively plan their wedding but need a bit of support and accountability to ensure every detail is considered. We'll provide detailed check lists, tools, and templates to assist you in staying organized. We'll join the planning journey 4 months in advance of your event, audit your progress, and partner with you to ensure a well-planned, managed, and beautifully orchestrated celebration.

Event Management
This package is ideal for those DIYers who prefer to design, plan and coordinate all of the event details, and then pass the baton to a trusted team of professionals to put the plans into action. We come aboard 4-6 weeks prior to your event to get familiar with every detail of your celebration. We connect with every vendor, build and distribute a comprehensive timeline. You do the planning, we'll put your plans into action.

Elopement
Whether an intimate wedding for two, or you're including a handful of loved ones, this package includes officiant services and planning for all of the special details that will make your special day truly memorable. We'll walk you through every step of the way, including location selection, permitting, vendor selection, design and styling. We'll even advise you with marriage licensing, travel arrangements and accommodations to ensure your experience is seamless. Up to 10 guests.
EFFORTLESS
Elopement
When you simply want to exchange intimate "I Do's" with a beautiful backdrop our Effortless Elopement has you covered. This package includes Officiant Services, support with location selection and any necessary permitting, as well as guidance for getting your marriage license. This package includes up to 4 guests.

Alegria Sita is an ordained, non-denominational, and trilingual, Officiant and Celebrant. She writes and facilitates custom, meaningful, ceremonies reflective of your personalities and core values. She will perform your ceremony wherever you choose to get married. Alegria will go above and beyond to make your ceremony perfectly You. Add this service to any planning package and receive a discount.

Having trouble finding the perfect venue for your event, or not quite sure where to begin? Allow us to assist you in your search. We'll design a custom tour of venues that match your vision and budget. You'll be able to stand in each location, visualize your event, and feel the magic of your celebration in that perfect place.
Virtual Services
We have added virtual services to accommodate present day circumstances. Virtual services allow for inclusivity when physical attendance at an event is not an option. Ask us about our virtual ceremonies and/or facilitated virtual receptions to see if these services are right for you.
